* Fixed mobileAuhtenticate validation. According to DigiDocService spec $personalCode or $phoneNumber must be present not both. https://www.sk.ee/upload/files/DigiDocService_spec_eng.pdf * Add $returnCertData and $returnRevocationData params to mobileAuthenticate.
